Steve Jobs to Keynote Conference on April 4 in New York City
REDWOOD CITY, Calif.-February 3, 1995-NeXT Computer, Inc. is
sponsoring "NEXTSTEP/OpenStep Days" in conjunction with the
Application Development Conference and Exposition, hosted by CMP
Publications, Inc. and Software Productivity Group, in New York City.
A keynote presentation by Steven P. Jobs, Chairman and CEO of NeXT
Computer, Inc., will kick-off the entire event including NeXT's
two-day NEXTSTEP/OpenStep conference track held April 4 & 5.
NEXTSTEP/OpenStep Days is targeted at CIOs, MIS managers, business
executives and application developers with an emphasis on financial
services. The NeXT-sponsored sessions are the first in a series of
conferences targeted at specific vertical markets that will take
place throughout the year both as stand-alone events and in
conjunction with other industry shows.
"This program represents NeXT's continuing commitment to key vertical
markets including financial services, communications and government,"
said Martin A. Yam, Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing
